TI can track the chips only if they were bough from an authorized distributor. Where did you buy it?

The 34063 is available from many manufacturers. Why do you think that it should be from TI?

Giriş eşiğini test etti.MC34063A giriş gerilim aralığı 3-40V(datasheet)

 olmasına rağmen gelen sahte ürün olduğunu düşündüğümüz, 

 1.denemede.ürün 28Vdc aşıldığında

 2.denemede 30Vdc üzerinde bozulduğu tespit edildi.

 Ürün datasheet aralığında çalışmıyor. Sahte ürün olduğunu doğruluyor.

yetkili distribütör öğrenebilirmiyiz İstanbul içinde  ve bu elimizdeki malzemeleri iade etmelimiyiz orijinal mi değil mi?

sahte ürün ise nasıl bir yaptırım uygulamalıyız. Zararımız çok büyük 

resimde belirttiğim Lot Numarası ve üretim yeri belli olan model size mi ait sahte mi lütfen belirtirmisiniz.

Demsay sold apparently-counterfeit chips (blowing up at 28 V) with the above label. The question is whether the label is authentic. (But it's likely that somebody put fake chips on an original reel).

We tested the input threshold. Although the MC34063A input voltage range is 3-40V(datasheet)

, we think that the product is a fake product.

In the 1st trial, when the product exceeded 28Vdc,

In the 2nd trial, it was found that it was broken above 30Vdc.

The fake product is verified.

We are thinking of returning it, is it original or not?

If it is a fake product, what kind of sanction should we apply? Our loss is very big

What do you mean with "The fake product is verified."?

Please give us some time to check out if the lot trace code is valid or not. I expect to be able to get an answer for you beginning of next week.

Nevertheless, a return process needs to start at the company you bought the devices from.
