Tool/software:
In the datasheet of the product there are 3 different packaging options SSOP, TSSOP and TVSOP. However there are also pictures that indicate that the product can be packaged in a ball grid array.
I can not find any ordering options about BGA package of this product. Can you clarify for me that does BGA package available for the product?
