  • Which pin resistance should be measured?
  • What range of resistance are fine?

    All I/O pins have clamping diodes to GND. The outputs have clamping diodes to VCC; the inputs are isolated from VCC. The characteristics of these diodes are not specified; you'd have to measure yourself.
