I am Component engineer from Honeywell Aerospace. We are in the process of performing BOM analysis of an old program, as part of this would like to have answer for the below query.
As per the PDN notice, part is discontinued due to ‘150-millimeter production will be shut down in the current fab site’ reason.
As per the PDN notice, replacement part for MPN : SN74LV4040AMPWREP(Discontinue part) is SN74LV4040BMPWREP (Replacement part).
Could you please confirm the Wafer Size for the replacement part SN74LV4040BMPWREP.
