While performing R&D Assessment for PCN# 20241115003.0 (1st PDF attachment), we found typographical errors in the updated datasheet for Texas Instruments 8-bit bi-directional level-shifting voltage translator (MPN: TXS0108ERGYR). (Attached datasheet for said MPN for reference as 2nd PDF)
- In Section 5.13: Switching Characteristics, under the Test Conditions for Low-to-High Output Propagation Delay Time (tPLH), the direction appears to have a typo as it is listed as "A-to-B" when it should be "B-to-A" for the condition VCCA = 3.3V ± 0.3V. (The discrepancy is illustrated in the attached 1st image for reference).
- In Section 5.9: Timing Characteristics, we believe the variable circled in the attached 2nd image should be VCCB, as opposed to VCC for the condition VCCA = 3.3V ± 0.3V
We kindly request that Texas Instruments review this issue and, if verified, update the datasheet accordingly. Also help to respond back to this query. Thanks.
