    all.
    I am doing my project with SN74LVC16245A. I connected the DIR of SN74LVC16245A to the inverting signal of ARE(active low) of TMS320C6713B, and the OE of SN74LVC16245A to CEx(active low) of C6713B, the databus of DSP C6713B connected to the B bus of SN74LVC16245A. When the program is running, I found only B12\B13\B14 and B15 are the noninverting signal of A12\A13\A14 and A15. The others are all inverted.
    What's the problem is?
    And does the A bus turns high when the OE of SN74LVC16245A turns high?

  • This part should not invert under any setup. However if it is disabled it will be controled by anything elso on the line.  Be sure the OE and dir have good signal levels on them.

    The A bus will float or be high impedance when OE is high. You will need pullup resistors to insure they are high.
