Our customer is having trouble with overshoot that exceeds the absolute maximum rating.
The horizontal line in the diagram is 6.5V.
The time it exceeds the 7V peak is 100ns.
The data sheet has a note that describes the conditions for mitigating undershoot, but are there any ways to deal with the overshoot?
I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
