I am an engineer working on qualifying parts for defense applications and need to decap the SN74LVC1G08 AND Gate part. It doesn't say in the data sheet the orientation of the chip and in the past from decaping other TI parts they are flipped and the sensitive logic is facing downwards in the direction of the pins. What is the orientation of this part and what is the plastic encapsulation material and thickness?
