Do you have any information on the junction-to-case thermal resistance (theta-JC) of the CD74HC154M SOIC-24 demultiplexer? The datasheet only has information on the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance (theta-JA).

They recently switched the thermal model process on us, so things are taking a little longer than expected. I'll remind Albert to update this as he is currently on vacation.

Apologies for the wait. Usually these come back within 2 weeks, however, as Owen mentioned, they are taking longer than normal with the new process.
