I read the form above. I also heard that this idea cannot be used in the case of TTL Output.

Output Is it because of the diode that the VOH is low even if the current is small?

Can I use this idea for push-pull Output?

Regarding the TTL output: that diode is inside the device. There is no easy way to build this in your own circuit. If you need to translate a voltage, just use a voltage translator.

Regarding the SN74LV14A: this will work. (Any 3.3 V CMOS output can be connected directly to a 3.3 V CMOS input.)

Second what Clemens says, the LV14 will work fine.
