Tool/software:

We use a 1.8V SoC connected to this level shifter. The maximum low-level output of our SoC can reach 0.45V. However, I see that the minimum logic low level of this level shifter is 0.35V when the power supply is 1.65V. Is there any risk in our design?

The maximum low-level output voltage of the SoC is measured with a certain output current. But the input leakage current of the TXU is much lower, so the SoC's output voltage will be much lower. See [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?
