We would like to check the VT-(Negative switching threshold) at 3.3V. (min&max)
By the way, when Vcc = 4.5V, the min&max value are 0.9V and 2.2V. May you let me know why it has large deviation? And the histogram for the value? (if it's confidential data, you can send me offline, roy.chou@ti.com)
