Hi, I am looking into whether we can use this device to replace an Onsemi / Fairchild 74LVX3245MTCX (8-bit 5V to 3.3V level translation),
The original device has the pin 23 description as NC, as such we have left this not connected on our printed circuit board design.
The above part looks to be a direct replacement, other than this pin assignment.
My question being are pins 23 and 24 internally connected on this device and if so, will it operate correctly if we leave pin 23 unconnected (i.e VCCB is sourced solely from pin 24 only).
