Hi,

What is tpd when VCC=3.3V?

I wanted to use linear interpolation, but I don't think I can use linear interpolation because there is no linearity between VCC=2V and 4.5V, 6V. If there is another way to calculate it, please let me know.

Use the 2 V and 4.5 V values for linear interpolation. (The characteristics become more than linearly worse at low voltages, so this is a safe estimate.)

Could you tell me the Typ value of tpd (CP to Qn) when VCC=2V?

I would like to know the Typ value of tpd (CP to Qn) at 3.3V. I would like the data at 2 V as information to perform linear interpolation.

This is not specified. The worst-case value is 195 ns, and that is what you must use when designing your circuit.
