SN74LXC1T45: Regarding the delay time

Part Number: SN74LXC1T45

Tool/software:

Hi team,

Regarding the propagation delay values of the SN74LXC1T45 under the condition of Vccb=1.2V,

the delay values are listed as smaller for the wider temperature range of "-40℃ to 125℃" compared to "-40℃ to 85℃".

Generally, I understand that the delay increases as the temperature range extends to higher temperatures due to the decrease in electron mobility. Is this description correct?

Best regards,

Kyohei

  • Hello Kyohei,

Your understanding is correct, propagation delay will increase as temperature increases. There is a datasheet error with 1.2V supply condition where 85C and 125C values are interchanged. Please use lowest delay for 85C temp. I have highlighted this issue to our internal team. Thanks!

    Regards,

    Josh
