SN74LVC16373A: Need an IBIS model to simulate and analyze the signal strength

   I am working on the project where i  need to analyze and simulate the signal integrity of D-Latch, which is connected with NXP Processor.

Can you share me where i can download the IBIS Model for the D-LATCH ?
