SN74AS163: Pspice model

Tool/software:

I am looking for a spice model for a synchronous 4-bit or 8-bit counter. The SN74AS163 would be applicable. I can work with a pspice model and I believe that I do not need it to be unencrypted. Could someone point me to where I can find such a model. Thanks.

Unfortunately we do not have a PSPICE model for this.

Hi Duane,

We aren't going to have a PSPICE model for a counter. Your best bet would be if whatever simulation tool you are using provides a generic counter model.
