The NS acquisition was completed in 2011, and as far as I know, the 54F00 was discontinued before that. Is it possible that you got these from Rochester Electronics?

We didn't find any labels, we were doing an inventory in the warehouse and found this item. Anyway, thank you!
For us, this is too old a chip and we can't do anything with it.
