I noticed a significant leakage current on the P_VDDH rail when the level shifters are enabled by pulling the EN pin low.
We have two level shifters onboard, and each draws approximately 160 mA, resulting in a total current draw of ~320 mA from P_VDDH. We confirmed this by removing them one by one and observed that each contributes ~160 mA. With both removed, the remaining components draw only 2-4 mA, as expected.
The input signals default to 3.3 V high at power-up. Could this be contributing to the leakage? Are we missing something in the schematic or any application note that might explain this behavior?
