Hi,
May I know the difference between part numbers CD74HCT132M96 and CD74HCT132M? We are facing an issue during FCT with CD74HCT132M96, while CD74HCT132M does not have any issues.

Based on the debug review this fail occurred due to new IC installed.
All board installed OLD IC tested PASS, while All board installed NEW IC tested FAIL.
Hi Azis,
It says I do not have access to the attached Google Drive links.
Can you upload the file directly to E2E?

Hi Albert,

All board installed OLD IC tested PASS, while All board installed NEW IC tested FAIL.
Please show the schematic and specfiy all voltages that are applied during the test.
Apologies, but I’m unable to provide the schematic due to customer confidentiality. The applied voltage is +5VDC."
Clemens, as per your said before, no deference between CD74HCT132M96 and CD74HCT132M, right? But after we perform X-Ray, both parts have difference design. Other than X-ray difference, do your side perform MIL Temp screening?
Hi Azis,
There is no functional difference between these device. They may potentially come from different A/T sites or one device is older, which is why you see differences.
Can you clarify what you mean by MIL temp screening?
