I have question about this device SN74LVC1G97QDCKRQ1, that is specified for partial shut down.
"This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I off. The I off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down."
Also table below seem to show that it's both Vin and Vout that Ioff number applies.
Question: Can device back feed from the inputs if VCC is at 0V and something driving the input or it is only applies to output?
