Tool/software:
In my custom design we are using these buffers.we are writing the data to connector P2 from U19 and what ever data from connector we are reading from U20.
during reading write biffers are tristate.
case1: if the VOUT_B voltage level is 1.8V and if the read data voltage is 5V from the connector P2 during reading. the connector data 5V tolerant is going to U19 pins of 11-18. but the U19 voltage level is 1.8V is it cause any damage for the U19 IC.
