I can see only Die Failure Modes we need package Failures and its Distrubutions, can you confirm If Die Failures Modes are applicable to Package Failure modes, if not pls provide Package Failure modes and its Distrubutions.

So, in this case Die failure modes are common for both Die & package failure where we can consider Over all FIT rate (which includes Die & Package FIT).

Hi Ponnoju,

Section 2: FIT rate includes package and die FIT rates.

Section 3: Failure mode distribution is for the device as a whole. This is not split up into die and package

Section 4: Pin FMA is also device/function specific
