The date codes are May 2023 and March 2024.

See PCN 20220628000.1. The guaranteed datasheet parameters have not changed; it is likely that your circuit tries to go beyond these limits (probably the Δt/Δv limit). Please show the schematic and an oscilloscope trace of the wrong input/output signals.
