Dear all,
we have to produce a board with an old CDIP-IC. The design alowed not to use wave or selective soldering. Therefore my question:
Is a CDIP "J" (e.g. SNJ54ABT541J) with Ta = -55 to +125°C solderable with the THR-process?

Hi,

I would expect so, but I would recommend speaking with your boardhouse or manufacturing plant for the boards.
