Tool/software:
Having issues between batches on the above part, within a test circuit batches 2AAT24KE4, 2AD77HKE4, 26AEQGMG4 all behave as expected, oscillating through all outputs. However, we've had batches in recently 44AS60MG4 and 45A13PMG4 that turn all outputs once and then have a floating voltage on all outputs. Has something changed between these batches? The design of the test board has been in use for ~10 years and has had no other changes and we've had no returns regarding this IC previously.
