Hi expert,

Can SN74HCS174-Q1 withstand more than 5min X-RAY test? My customer (CosMX) with test all ICs in 5min X-RAY condition. Or do we have X-RAY test standard of TI's devices (including duration, energy, environment conditions.) Thanks.

    Hi Ryker,

    I have reached out to our test team. 

    I know our devices will go through X-ray screening, though this is more used for a visual inspection of the internals. As for 5min X-ray exposure, this seems to be more similar to radiation testing, which I am not sure if our devices can handle this. 

    I will update you when our test team gets back to me.
