TXB0108: Lead outward question on TXB0108DQSR

Hi Sir,

My customer get a reel of TXB0108DQSR (D/C 2509+5) and they find abnormal outward on these devices they receive recently. Is there any issue at this kind of outward on lead?

Hi Gary,

I am not aware of any outward lead on this material, and the part marking follows the TXB0108DQSR: www.ti.com/.../partlookup.tsp

Is there any quality report to guarantee the abnormal look leed? Customer need that for their QC team for reference.

Hi Gary,

No there is no report that can be provided at the moment. Can you confirm there are issues with soldering these devices or having any operational issues?

If this discoloration is a concern for you, then I would recommend starting an FA process with your supplier to determine the root cause of the issue.
