Tool/software:
I am needing a monostable multivibrator that can operate from 15VDC supply, that can activate from leading edge or trailing edge, and can go down to the 1 us pulse width range. Ideally looking for 1 - 100 us that I can dial in with a pot, in DIP config so I can use it on a bread board. Do you know if TI has this?

1 us is possible with this device. The table below is in the datasheet with a quick reference. You will have to calculate exact timings, but the table is provided for a general idea.
To go more in depth of the Vcc max, our CD4K family is the only family that is able to go up to 18V. Most of our other devices will only go to 6V. The CD4K is considered a "legacy" family and is not being looked at for a refresh either. What devices exist are what we have.
