Hi Frank,

You are correct. The wrong DS was uploaded for this device.

I'm working to get the right one now. For now the functionality/pinnout can be referenced from the SN74HCS174 Datasheet, and the specs can be referenced from the SN74ACT164-Q1 Datasheet.

Given that this is a new product their is no "correct" datasheet in our backend, and I'm working on getting the right one published now.
