CD4013B: IS there any reliability data on the CD4000 series or a subset that is available?

    Reliability information for our devices (MTBF/FIT data) can be found in the Ordering and Quality section of our product pages. For the CD4013B, this can be found Here. Scroll all the way to the right side and click 'View or Download' under 'Quality, reliability & packaging information' for whichever specific device and variation you're looking for. For example, the quality and reliability information for the CD4013BE can be found Here.

    Alternatively, you can go directly to Quality, Reliability, and Packaging Data Download page and enter the device number into the textbox.
