Our mass-produced boards with chips that have a logo pattern are functioning fine during testing. However, when we replace them with chips that have the 'TI' logo, communication issues arise. We have tested two different boards, and both showed the same issue. Could you please help clarify the differences between these two types of silk-screened components?
