can you please confirm that on the SN74LVC86ARGYR (VQFN package), I can connect the thermal pad to GND? (I haven't found any specification in the datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn74lvc86a.pdf), neither to ground it nor to float it).
