My customer is looking for the complete thermal resistance for each package for SN74LVTH125:

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)?
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)?
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)?
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)?
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)?
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)?

    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 54.0
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 60.8
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 9.6
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 60.3
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) n/a

    How about the RGY pacakge? And the abs maximum junction temperature?

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 53.0
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 54.3
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 28.4
    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value) 2.5
    Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value) 28.3
    Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value) 12.1

    Max junction temp is 150 degrees celsius for both devices.
