As per PCN 20250307002.1 Dated March 10,2025, it is mentioned that lead finish of additional assembly site HFTF is Matte Sn.

1) Annealing: If the finish is matte tin, could you confirm whether it is annealed (baked)?

2) Nickel Underlayer: Does this part have a nickel underlayer?

I look into that material information, it is showing as NiPdAu. but as per PCN it is mate tin at HFTF assembly site.

My question is, if it is matte tin at HFTF assembly site. could you confirm whether it is annealed (baked)? and is it matte tin over nickel? or copper?

Hello Iyappan,

When searching SN74AVC2T45DCT, no SN lead finish can be found. In many cases PCN notification changes don't happen immediately. It usually takes time for ICs to be shipped to customers.
