Tool/software:
We are interfacing with another part that has a VIL(max) of 0.18V. The typical value for the SN74AVC24T245 is 0.15V at Ta=25C, but the max value is only given for -40C to 85C. Unfortunately, this max value is 0.20 volts, which would make the part not suitable for this application. Is there any chance that characterization is available for 0-50C which might show a VOL(max) of 0.18V? Or, is there other characterization that refines the 0.20 down to 0.18V?
