I am researching reliability data for 5962-9077201Q2A, specifically the Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) and the parts reliability data that I downloaded say it is N/A for the packaging type of LCCC. Is the MSL not calculated because of the inherent hermetic nature of the LCCC packaging? Or, there a MSL rating that just hasn't been published?
