My customer is considering using the TPS62110.
According to the datasheet, it states that GND, PGND, and AGND should all be connected to the thermal pad.
However, on the power evaluation board, AGND is separated from GND and PGND, and then connected at a single point.
Does the datasheet imply that a single-point connection should be made at the thermal pad?
The customer is considering a configuration where all GND pins are connected directly to the thermal pad, as described in the datasheet.
Which configuration would be more appropriate to proceed with?
