We are evaluating the SN74LVC1G126 device for use in a safety-related application.
As part of our FMEDA and reliability analysis for functional safety certification
(according to ISO 26262 and IEC 61508), we require official MTBF/FIT data.
Could you please provide:
- MTBF and FIT values for SN74LVC1G126 (and SN74LVC1G126-Q1 if available)
- The calculation assumptions (temperature, environment, methodology)
- The confidence level (e.g., 60% or 90%) applied in the estimation
- Any official reliability report or quality document that can be used as evidence during functional safety assessments
If such documents are not publicly available, please advise on the process (e.g., NDA or customer registration) to obtain them.
