Thank you for the clarification.

Based on the link I did calculate the rise/fall time, the calculations are as follows:( for VCC = 3V)

1. AVC family : output rise/fall time = ~ 5.8ns
2. AXC family: output rise/fall time = ~ 5.8ns
3. LVC family: output rise/fall time = ~ 2.5ns 

Based on your suggestion do I still go for AVC family ?

For TXB0304 bidirectional level shifter the output rise/fall time are given 2.95 and 3.1ns (15pf load) , but if we calculate based the link you shared [FAQ] What is the output transition rate for a logic device?, it will be 300ns and 540ns (15pf load), am I doing something wrong here?

Based on these results how can I be sure with LVC family rise/fall time calculations.

Also I can still use TXV0108 right, it supports 10MHz right?

Also we are using it as bidirectional level shifter, so we will be dynamically making DIR pin high/low, what is the propagation delay from DIR to OE, DIR to A port?
