Hello,

Do we have any flipflop which will be able to hold the state of a signal which is ~450mV and stays for 1us.

It should hold this value until it is reset manually.

Could you please provide the suggestion.

Should the output also be 450 mV? Then to handle analog voltages, you need a sample-and-hold circuit.

For logic gates, the trigger signals must be below V_IL or above V_IH, but not between. If you want different switching thresholds, you need to add a comparator.
