Hi,

I believe i may have found an error in the datasheet for SN74AVC4T774-Q1.

In this, in the sections highlighted, it specifies a VIL greater than VIH. Where these logic levels cross over this would lead to an undefined state at the output. For example, at a VCCI of 3V, there would be no way to predict the state of the output if the voltage at the input was between 1.4V and 1.9V.

Could you please confirm what the values should be?

Apparently, these values were mistakenly copied from the 1.08V/1.95V lines.

The datasheets for the SN74AVC4T774, SN74AXC4T774, and SN74AXC4T774-Q1 show plausible values. Use those.

Hi Clemens,

Thanks for the update. Any chance you can up-revision the datasheet with the correct values?

I would prefer to use the SN74AVC4T774-Q1 in my design however when it comes to independent review the datasheet having, known, errors will complicate this.
