SN74LVC1G17: Wafer lot diffusion information

Dear TI's team

I have procured 3 reels of SN74LVC1G17DCK parts from ARROW ELECTRONICS. All reels are from 2243 date code but different lot/manufacturing codes: 1T2191724HFT, 1T2192196HFT and 1T2192201HFT.

Would you mind confirming me if they all used the same wafer lot diffusion or not?

Hi Stephane,

Based on the numbers, these are from different lots, but still manufactured on the same date and in the same fab.
