SN74AXC4T245-Q1: Application scenario check

Hi team,

Could you kindly help check below application scenario if is ok? The VCCB is 1.8V supply and the 2B1 input is 3.9V high.

I checked the high-level and low-level input can meet our requirement, and high-level input doesn't over 4.2V.
