Check VOL/IoL specifications
The datasheet (SCES964) apge6 specifies VOL as VOLA, VOLB: IoL=1mA 0.4V(MAX).
In Figure 5-3 on page 10, when IoL=1mA, VOL appears to be approximately 0.17V.
What does VOL vs IoL mean in Figures 5-1, 5-2, and 5-3?
