Dear,
In order to repair Logic power supply P/N APS40-1, we need to change integrated circuit P/N CD40106BCN. This P/N is obsolete and we cannot find units with manufacturer certificate of conformance on the market.
According to Component Maintenance Manual 33-48-01, we can use alternate P/N MM54C14J/883 but we are unable to find units with manufacturer certificate of conformance on the market either.
Cage code indicated on the documentation is 27014 > National Semiconductor Corportation.
As Texas Instruments acquired National Semiconductor, are you able to provide replacement P/N with same features? Is P/N MM54C14J/883 still produced?
