TLV803E: Supervisor Deep Discharge Issue

Part Number: TLV803E
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV62569,

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am using the 3.3V of this supervisor to generate a reset signal when my batter (connected to VDD) drops its voltage below 3.3V. The goal is to cut the connection to load and protect the battery against deep discharge. The reset signal from the supervisor is connected to an NMOS which I am using to turn off connection to load. The issue I am seeing is that my battery seems to discharge beyond 3.3V. It will keep discharging until ~ 2.95V, and the LED (load) will be very dim, but still on. I am guessing the connection to load is never cut fully, there seems to be some power leaking into the load still. How do I go about troubleshooting this? I uploaded my schematic for reference

Help is greatly appreciated!
