hello,
what's the part number for a fast, 1v8 3-input and gate from the AUC logic family please?
thank you

Hi,
We do not have an AUC AND gate with 3-inputs. You would have to use the SN74LVC1G11.
Best,
Malcolm
Malcolm,
What would be the propagation delay of the SN74LVC1G11 when Vcc = 1V8?
Are there, fast, 1V8, non schmitt trigger versions of the SN74AUC1G14DBVR and the SN74AUC1G17?
I need the schmitt trigger versions to produce fast edges, but these buffers output false oscillations as the 1v8 supply stabilises at power-up?
Thank you

The oscillations before the initial rising edge are problematic downstream and I need to generate a clean signal like that shown below:

Rajan,
The propagation delay for the SN74LVC1G11 depends on the load, band the worst case would be about 15ns for 15pf.
The non schmitt trigger versions would be the SN74AUC1G04 and the SN74AUC1G07.
Best,
Malcolm
