As title, do we have appropriate solution about 1ch or 2ch inverter with enable pin. When disable the device, the output would be hi-Z.

Hi Roy,

We do not have an automotive 1 or 2 channel inverter with enable. You can select from devices without enable here

Or devices with enable that are not automotive

If they are okay with a larger solution size we could look at turning a NAND gate into an inverter by tying the inputs of one channel together. They can select from those options here
