In my design, VCCb part is input, and VCCa part is output. (2 DIR pins are LOW.)
My problem is sometimes A-pins not going into tri-state at power on time.
OE pins was tied to VCCa(=3.3V) with pullup (I tried 1K, 10K, 1M,..).
If VCCb exists, no problem happens.
But in my situation VCCb is not exist always, thus A-pins sometimes not go into tri-state.
So other IC that sharing the data bus cannot work.
